noise level also going up

Monitor's Note:

VU2FRD was still operating from  3rd Field Day Event of Amateur Radio Society Of Odisha (ARSO) at  Khandapada(Nayagarh),Odisha as mentioned earlier. They have already posted videos  related to the event on their facebook page .
