After a few week of illness, again back on the road of blogging..
Many radio news items,radio log and audio files etc has been little irrelevant now.
But from the past weeks ,the biggest story was..
BBC Far Eastern Relay Station in Kranji,Singapore Closing Down:
The close down of BBC Far Eastern Relay Centre on (shortwave) in Kranji,Singapore around mid July.. And that ends my listening to BBCWS in English one hour..0100-0200utc slot plus the evening to night on 25mb though targetted to Middle East & Persian Gulf region but well heard here.Besides regular evening one or two hour of BBC WS English via Kranji,Singapore to our region.I think it is on their agenda and thats why Radio Japan NHK World a few seasons back has shifted most of South Asian Languages plus English transmissions to our region to their Yamata transmitter site.
Radio Romania International(RRI) Reducing Its transmitter usages drastically From This Week
And this week..(August Ist,2023)..shocking news has come from Romania..Radio Romania International(RRI)..a facebook post alerted us all..on website also detail information posted..Due to budget cut RRI has considerably reduced its transmitter usages of shortwave transmissions.And highlights for my region of RRI-English i.e.its impact..no analog shortwave transmission for our region but ..only on DRM Mode, you can hear RRI English on 15330kHz during 0300-0356utc. And you can hear this 0530-0556utc transmission of RRI English on analog mode to Australia (pacific areas) on 21550kHz.Today i.e.on August 3rd,I did try to listen on 21550kHz..but very poor reception..difficult to copy..

So, now due to cut in transmitting hours (less uses of transmitters), RRI English on 17790kHz on analog mode to India during 0300-0356utc has been stopped.I think RRI's other languages transmissions will have similar cut.
Myanmar Radio is Back On Air on 9730kHz In The Morning ?
A few weeks back,I heard a station like in Burmese Language of Myanmar Radio with weak signal on 9730kHz after 0300utc.On August 3rd too around 0303utc I heard this station ..I believe its Myanmar Radio either with reduced morning transmission hours plus too with reduced power.Let me check their Idd signal etc annoucements.

Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) Ext Ser, Hindi:
On August 3rd during its 0200-0228utc transmission on 11905kHz,I heard two audios of the same transmission one with slight delayed on air.I guess it was due to some technical problems.Here is a few recording links for August 3rd:

Akashbani Kokrajhar(20kW?) on 1512utc:
Akashvani Kokrajhar,my nearest Akashvani Medium Wave Station on air,(50km plus approx ) was monitored today i.e. on August 3rd around 0302utc onwards with a few minutes with fair signal strength with noisy reception here.There was Bodo Modern Music on air with male singer.This log is dedicated to a radio listner cum DXER(now also an amateur radio license holder) of repute who is visiting Kokrajhar on official tour.

Akashvani Goalpara on 102.6MHz:
Akashvani Goalpara is my nearest FM relay station on air from the top of the hill of Halukunda of Goalpara Town on the bank of The Brahmaputra..nearly 22-25km aerially perhaps) is well heard nowadays.It is now relaying Akashbani Guwahati Mahabahu Programs (729kHz on medium wave).
