External Antenna: 

Inverted V 40mb  feed point 33ft approx.from the ground

Monitored Mode:J3E Class of emission(Amateur Stations)

All time mentioned  in Indian Standard Time(ist) and where possible in Coordinated Universal Time(utc) also & all reports scale as per RST scale parameters(with human touch)

WX:Cloudy,thunderings heard from distance from West-North sky earlier,no rains,cool,mild breeze,later thunders not heard & sun could be seen like a Yellowish light amidst clouds..just like a railway signal post yellowish light ..to go slow..under caution..HI HI

audio of VU2DBE noted with slight muffled audio but no problem in readibility

0608ist>VU2RZA 59 VU2DBE intitally noted with total distortion.no readibilty...in a few overs but later 59 ..readibilty became perfect..might be some problems in VU2DBE's transreceiver or mic..loose connection etc,

0615ist VU2RZA 59 calling again silence for some time

VU2DBE too gave two directional calls to VU2RZA..around 0618ist & 0620ist ..59

but no response from VU2RZA..perhaps went in skip,no copy of other stations

later around perhaps 0638ist onwards heard 

VU2RZA 56 QSB,VU2JF(Rajkot) 43,later VU2RZA 56-58,no copy of other stations

VU3MMX no copy(0644ist),might have heard breaking call of VU2EEX(Patna) 43 around 0646ist(0116utc), no copy of any stations as such further

7145kHz lsb 0830-0841ist (0300-0311utc)

VU2DLU 53 to 43(Kolkata) ,VU2EII PO 59 with slight QSB  (NL55WR) near Shillong  on an adventure training course in deep jungle camping near a river, ..with Icom IC7300..EFHW (long wire end fed)antenna  ..90W approx..,VU2SYD(Kolkata) 54 QSB, VU3HQP (Agartala) 59..slight QSB

Then on 7070kHz lsb 

0842-0853ist(0312-0323utc) 

VU2EII PO 59 slight QSB sometimes.., VU3HQP 59

Monitor's Note:
VU2EII usually operates from his QTH at Naharlagun in Arunachal Pradesh.He also participates in paragliding ,rafting etc as parts of his adventure sports activities from time to time.He also likes to operate amateur radio outdoor with portable set up and has already done so several times.It is all alone for him as far as amateur radio activities in Arunachal Pradesh concerned,the only active HF amateur radio operator in Arunachal Pradesh,the land of rising sun of India.
