Monitor's Note:
VU2DBM's (from Guwahati) sharp tone was due to slight off frequency due to his almost 30 year old Yaesu FT747GX  Rig  with a manual home brewed antenna tuner & antenna 40mb delta loop
A few minutes past 0800ist I heard a very weak signal of a breaker & in his one of his over I could copy his callsign & a few words(around 0811ist) ,he was none other than VU3TQD from Jorhat Town.He was testing his newly installed antenna systems etc and which needed further adjustments etc .His rig was  uBITX v5  with barefoot(7W Max perhaps).

More reports,observations etc soon.
