Good signal strength with slight occasional fading,no distortion in audio as such,sometimes the audio is slightly difficult to understand but for a brief period when voice is on air - I think modulation problem,but that can be ignored compared to earlier highly distorted audio

Commentary by a male voice,station Id announcement etc  at 1241utc by a lady,music-Bengali song by a male voice,

1245utc:A talk by male voice on UN Day On October 24,,then a feature on Banga Bandhu-presented by a male voice-Banga Bandhu's contribution & history of Independence movement, another song by a lady aired, then around 1259utc clososing announcements etc by lady host, continuous beep for a few seconds

Here is a few changes of frequencies of  a few radio stations  for this ensuing B21 winter season of broadcast effective October 31,2021 To March 26,2022. I collected these information as per the respective radio stations on air announcement & technical data as posted on High  Frequency Co-ordination Conference website i.e.hfcc.org

Monitor's Note:

The choice of frequency & the transmitter is not ideal for Radio Japan Bengali transmission as 49m band is overcrowded during that time and there may be QRM etc nearby stations in the form of sideband splatter.Also I have observed the audio intensity ( or you can say modulation) is not very high.As it has been observed during the Hindi transmission of 0059-0120utc on 9820kHz in this A21 season , the signal strength not very high and audio intensity not great. Let me monitor in B21 season.And let hope for better reception.

POTA  From Khangchendzonga National Park,Sikkim:

VU3YDA ,OM Abhrajit Das as well as VU3XRY OM Arunava Dey of West Bengal Radio Club(WBRC),Kolkata  is  going to operate as a part of  POTA i.e.Parks On The AIR activities from noon of October 12th to October 13th from Khangchendzonga National Park,Sikkim.As per info posted, they are to operate on  21230kHz usb( 15mb), 14230kHz usb(20mb) & 7165kHz lsb(40mb).And thanks to VU3JXF OM Saurav Goswami Of WBRC today morning sharing some info on this POTA operation on  the  band.Later I got the details of frequencies of operation via facebook post of VU3YDA.

In Assam also,a few members of Amateur Radio Society Of Assam(ARSA) at their own initiatives, have already started both POTA & SOTA activities for a few years now around Guwahati region and Central Assam.And I likely to mention the name of VU3OKB OM Pintu Sarkar of Guwahati for his role on both SOTA & POTA  amateur radio activities and he was also joined  & assisted by VU3YBP OM Paresh Brahma,VU3TQF OM Ravi Boro and VU3ZRI OM Ritu Mahanta, all from Guwahati.And they are well supported by amateurs from their respective stations from Guwahati..VU2DBM OM Debajit Sarma,VU3XBP OM Bhagaban Barman and from Titabar in Eastern Assam VU3WTS OM Bimal Chutia.And I am very happy that I almost monitored each of such operations on air on J3E mode here at my location.I think details of such field activities should be shared and given adequate publicities in various forms.And I think also should be documented.
